How Does It Work?

When will I receive my accessory?

Welcome to Rizz Boost! Upon sign-up, your first accessory will be dispatched within 3 business days. After your initial shipment, you'll be integrated into our monthly billing cycle, receiving a shipment confirmation on the 15th of every subsequent month.

Here's how it works: On the 15th of each month, monthly subscribers will be charged a set fee + S/H. This is also when all prepaid 3 & 6-month membership accessories are processed. Orders typically start shipping 2-3 business days after processing. For orders within the U.S., expect a delivery window of 3-5 business days. For international orders, due to varying customs procedures, we kindly ask for a waiting period of 8-21 business days.

Do I get to choose my accessory?

Given the exclusive nature and high demand of our offerings, we operate on a surprise model. Each month, we curate a diverse range of accessories, ensuring that what you receive is distinct from previous months. Rest assured, every accessory you get aligns with our $100+ MSRP benchmark.

What type of accessories will you send me?

Each month, you'll receive a brand-new accessory that embodies quality, style, and sophistication, with an MSRP of $100 or more! The value of each accessory will significantly surpass the monthly fee — that's our promise to you. At Rizz Boost, we believe in delivering luxury without the luxury price tag. Our goal is to provide you with top-notch accessories at an affordable rate, ensuring you flaunt your style without stressing over the cost.

Do I get to keep the accessories?

Absolutely! All accessories are yours to flaunt and cherish indefinitely.

Billing

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged on the day you sign up. After that, it's charged on the 15th of each month. However, if you sign up between the 6th and 15th, to avoid back-to-back charges, your next billing will be on the 15th of the following month. For example, sign up on June 6th, next charge is July 15th; sign up on June 20th, next charge is still July 15th.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, you can cancel your month-to-month subscription whenever you wish. Just ensure you do so before the 15th to avoid that month's charge. If a charge goes through on the 15th before you cancel, we can't refund that month's fee. For details on canceling a prepaid subscription, see the next question below 👇.

I thought I only subscribed for one month?

Rizz Boost doesn't offer just a one-month subscription. Our standard offering is a month-to-month subscription at $40 per month*, billed on the 15th of each month. For those seeking better value, we have prepaid subscription options (3 or 6-month memberships) available at discounted rates. Remember, all Rizz Boost subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Here's a breakdown of the cancellation guidelines:

  • Month-to-month: Can be canceled anytime during your subscription.
  • 3-month Prepaid: Cancellation is possible after receiving your third accessory.
  • 6-month Prepaid: Cancellation is allowed after receiving your sixth accessory.

To prevent renewal, ensure you cancel before the 15th of the upcoming month, which is our standard billing date for active memberships.

How do the prepaid subscriptions work?

Rizz Boost provides two prepaid subscription options: 3-month and 6-month. These plans come at a discounted rate, letting you sidestep monthly payments by covering the entire membership and shipping costs upfront.

Contrary to our month-to-month model, prepaid subscriptions are non-cancellable. If you don't cancel after getting the last accessory in your 3-month or 6-month plan, your subscription will auto-renew.

Canceling prepaid subscriptions early

We thought about blood oaths, but legal said no-go. So here's the deal with Rizz Boost:

  • You can cancel after getting the last accessory in your prepaid plan.

  • If you choose a prepaid plan (3 or 6 months), no early exits allowed. We've already secured those stylish accessories for you at a discount.

  • Refunds? Not possible with prepaid. But you knew that from the FAQ... right? 😉.

Can I get a refund?

Once your order is on its way, we can't cancel or refund it. But if you're eyeing a future order cancellation, email rizzboost@gmail.com.

International Shipping?

We currently offer shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Norway, Spain, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Nigeria, Sweden, Ireland, Belgium, New Zealand, and France. The exact international shipping rates will be determined at checkout by our courier service. Please note that we do not mark up or profit from shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will not be subject to customs taxes or duties. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. This does not apply to domestic orders.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for orders within the United States is set at $8.50. For those ordering internationally, the shipping cost varies based on your specific location. Rest assured, the precise rate for your destination will be determined during checkout. We maintain transparency in our pricing and do not add any markup to shipping costs. 👍

How long does shipping take?

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive in 3-5 business days post-dispatch. For international shipments, the delivery window is between 8-21 days, contingent on your country and customs processing times.

What if I need to update my shipping address?

Certainly! Just drop us an email with your updated shipping address, and we'll take care of the rest. Remember to send the new details before the 15th of the month. Otherwise, your accessory might head to your previous address! While the new occupants might appreciate the unexpected gift, we want to ensure you receive the accessory you invested in! 😉

My package hasn't moved, can I get sent another one?

We recognize that watches can occasionally go astray during transit. If your tracking link hasn't shown updates for over 14 days, rest assured, we're here to assist. We'd gladly arrange a replacement for you.

What if I don't like what you send me?

We take immense pride in bringing you a curated selection of exceptional accessories at unbeatable prices. We understand that personal preferences vary. Due to high demand and the exclusivity of our accessories, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

My item is damaged?!

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our accessories before shipping, but occasional issues might arise during transit. If you happen to receive a damaged accessory, please reach out to rizzboost@gmail.com, and we'll work together to find a solution.

Please be aware that promotional products discounted by 30% or more are subject to 1 full month of billing. This policy applies to all subscription products.
